I will forever miss the times when Hathaway's Flash was associated with Haruhiko Mikimoto's illustrations for the novel but FUCK, Pablo Uchida is really knocking it out of the park with this one.

As much I’m looking forward to the hathaway’s flash movie, I wish they would have kept Mikimoto’s designs from the novel, cause I would have loved to see these animated, but hey it is what it is
I'm happy that Gigi's new design for the film took inspirations from Haruhiko Mikimoto's interpretation instead of SD Gundam, a properly modernized look without being too radical.

@Dimpsy_Boots @Superjustinbros My biggest influence is definitely 80's anime like Macross. Haruhiko Mikimoto is one of the all time great character designers.
