#HaruhikoMikimoto's #WarInThePocket is precisely what I signed up for when I embraced the #Gundam universe. No Newtypes or loud otherworldly musings, just sheer down-to-earth good writing, plausible characters and #mech combat, no padding, fantastic #animation

A couple more - these are all from the ED sequence of the last few OVAs. I heard these are Haruhiko Mikimoto designs? (of Macross fame)
@cookiecoochie @BrandonioV2 Haruhiko Mikimoto also worked on some other various Gundam works, including the illustrations for Hathaway's Flash novels, and even his own manga, Ecole du Ciel. He's definitely an illustrative legend. He did some old Zelda art back for Newtype magazine back in '87

I will forever miss the times when Hathaway's Flash was associated with Haruhiko Mikimoto's illustrations for the novel but FUCK, Pablo Uchida is really knocking it out of the park with this one.
This album contains 13 songs from the sound track of "Macross: Do You Remember Love?", including two songs sung by Mari Iijima (Minmay).
Beautiful cover by Haruhiko Mikimoto, the character designer for SDF Macross who also served as an animation director for the film.
