Triangle Strategy

I recommend this to anyone who is a fan of strategy RPGs. Map design and unit variety is great. And the story of Orzelia was rife with twists and turns. The focus on political drama and your choices was cool. More routes will be done in the future

Ancient Egypt
Here Mehdjet and TKB(Kura) met in ancient times so Ramses is Kura’s son here. In this AU Ramses is the creator of TRPGs. His very first one was an RPG with dragons as the main enemies.

Last week I finished up my daily look at the TTRPGs published in ten years ago. 2012 was a huge year for indie games, with many influencing later rpgs. I'll have blog post with up on the blog Wednesday.

With that done it's time to move on to another list: Cyberpunk.

Despite being a staple of Paper Mario since 2001, they have not put the spiky-headed Goomba in a 3D Mario game yet, and that is because it would totally destroy they rhythm of a 3D Mario game.

This character is so simplistically overpowered, he can only appear in RPGs.

A tie, because I honestly can't pick between those two. Also my favorite games of their respective series. Along with Dragon Quest IX, this was just a really good year for RPGs.
