Great call my friend, I bought a 128k +2 Speccy just to play Chase HQ back in 1989 as I was addicted to the arcade game and it being my 2nd favourite arcade game of all-time behind Sega's 'Out Run'! Manic Miner will ALWAYS and FOREVER be my favourite Speccy game of all-time!❤️👍

I don't get SEGA's obsession with stiff 3D renders tbh.

2D art for the promo/box art would be a lot more eye catching to the general public and make fans more happy (assuming they maintain the certain flow and edge which works so well for Sonic in the art).

According to the Final Fight CD guide that came with with Beep!MD (April 1993), Capcom's artists redrew the artwork for Cody and Haggar used for the time attack result screens. You can Sega's original art for Cody and Haggar in issues (Oct '92) and (March '93).
