There's a new Starfleet ship design seen docked at Starbase 25 in the episode "An Embarrassment of Dooplers". Interestingly, it appears in only one brief viewscreen shot ➡️. In all other shots, that same docking bay is either empty ⬆️ or occupied by the Cerritos ⬇️.
