Splishy splashy, bouncy boingy! These big blubbery axolotls live peacefully in certain rivers. You'll find them as you ride Plessie, a friendly aquatic dinosaur, through the plunging falls. They can't actually hurt you, but hitting them head-on slows you down.

@BahamutBlue Chilly Tusker here! I'm a walrus vtuber that turned human thanks to the magic of the Atlantic Jewel, now I do water/ice magic and stream for my blubber buddies!
Drawn Tubba Blubba on Stream tonight from Paper Mario! Thanks again to everyone who dropped by in the stream, taken part in the Draw Together and chatted with me in VC! You all did awesome work!
We further used the model mass & the heat production of white sharks & calculated that megalodon needed >98,000 kcal/day; 20x > white sharks. This intake could be met by consuming blubber, with ~6,600 kcal/kg. Eating a large prey would greatly exceed this demand (13/17)

Given our bias toward land biomes, our concept of healthy oceans is even more distorted. Beginning in the 1800s, the largest animals to ever live were subjected to an industrialized slaughter.
The reason? To feed our insatiable hunger for lamp oil, derived from their blubber.
Todays #FascinatingFaunaFacts is about seals. These animals have a lot of blubber around their bodies which help them keep warm in cold water. This blubber is very similar to our fat but it has extra proteins in it which help it hold its shape.
The HE Hippophant is a Gomphotheriid of the Polar swamp and is unique for having blubber to endure the cold waters of the swamp

"Fitting on such a tiny sled won't be a problem now,
you've become all blubber and tusks, I think you know how.
Even fellow Walruses will let you into their home,
Be sure to check the icy water, which you can now roam!"
