Most likely every other gym leader turns a Pokemon that isn't their main type into their main type with the gimmick and I can think of ONE with sleeves like hers

Don't know if this was pointed out yet, but on the Japanese website, under each Gym Leader, their link is formated as 'releaseyearmonthdate_number' in which 'number' I think are the "usual" gym path numbers for those, so Grusha would be 5th gym level-wise and Brassius 2nd. 1/2

His gym is in Artazon, which is fairly close to the central city, Mesagoza, which hosts the academy and is likely where the player first decides where to go for themselves.
