I don’t mind being asked to quote. I’ll always ask if there’s a budget in mind but often there isn’t. What’s frustrating is quoting and THEN being told it’s too high as that shows there was a budget.

I charge $25 an hour for work thats going to be published! I work with people's budgets to figure out how to make the most impactful art for what they can afford. I always make sure to set a price before we start the project so you won't be left with unexpected costs!
