There's so many good candidates, but Cheren is cool af. Imagine being the hardest Gym Leader in all of Pokemon, and you are literally the first gym leader in B2W2 (due to Riolu being your only counter to it, and Work Up)

He's also fleshen up a lot in Masters

I really like Cheren, from the Black & White games!! I loved that in the game you see his character development and then in the second game you see he has become a gym leader! That's just super cool to me. 💖

11- Cheren & Bianca. In my opinion THE best rivals, yeah Blue and Silver are cool, but I've loved seeing them grow as the story went on and I loved seeing them again in BW2 (too bad they were completely irrelevant in that game)

I'm including them together. I honestly really enjoyed their characters a lot when I played White. It was great seeing their growth too in the sequel games.
