This pattern with its bird motif appears in two colorways in the sample book. Parry writes that they date from after 1915 and may have been adapted from a historic textile design. This seems likely given both their style and the Firm's production in the 1910s.

These are good examples that concept art doesn't necessarily have to be hand drawn. Working with your existing photo assets, understanding basic PS layering, & playing around with colorways can be a powerful tool to give you convincing imagery very quickly. Here's more examples:
