Here you have my new

Dominica Reed, general of the Cortez military army.

She rejected Cecilia's experiments because her beliefs suggest that 'the strongest warrior does not require the strongest weapon'. She leads Cecilia's forces and is Ivan's commander and boss.

In my icon exploration project, I opted to highlight of the Burning Heart by themselves for obvious reasons. It's possible I won't even miss Fabian Cortez! Thx to & for making a book that delivers every issue. (324/400)

Here we have Cecilia Cortez in her younger years (36 years old). She is wearing the experiment training uniform, as she has just managed to activate her electrical powers.⚡️

The experiments seem to be working!
