Necro from SF3. Honestly, he is more than just a Dhalsim rip-off. Honorable mention includes: American Mcgee's Alice, Bayonetta, Medic from TF2, Faust from Guilty Gear and Manny from Grim Fandango.

I'm in a bit of a Street Fighter mood so I thought for my warm up I would draw Dhalsim as a nice challenge seeing as hes not a typical character i would draw also used it as an opportunity to practice defining forms with shading, now to work on the SF5 costume contest drawing

Character portrait changes between World Warrior (top row) and Champion Edition. Most were minor, Dhalsim & Honda's eyes, Ryu & Zangief's chiseled features and Chun & Blanka's colors. Super tiny changes include Balrog (Claw)'s shoulder and Ken & Dhalsim's fingers.

SFII Game Boy sprites - both the standard and Super GB versions. Developed by Sun L, this was a strange mix of WW and later upgrades. The biggest change: Claw, Dhalsim & Honda were all absent! Link play and mirror matches were present though knowing who was whom was a challenge!

Min min, looks like a combination of Tien and Dhalsim.
So now that's the 4th time that something Dragon Ball Related is in smash.
And we got another character that is from Capcom vs SNK. Nintendo should just make Capcom vs SNK3 in 2.5D

It'll look alot better than SF5 and SF4.
