3. Their look
He's a 1'92 elf with crystals growing over almost half of his body. He's got a neverending bunch of smoke instead of hair, with lightning sparkling every now and then. While I usually draw him blue, he can go through 4 seasons, since he's an eladrin!

I wanted to challenge myself a bit by using thinner lines. I usually use thick lineart because it's easier and more forgiving, but I feel like using thinner, neater lineart is my next step in improving. :)

His parents!! Oberon Belrose, an artificer eladrin that was straight from the feywild -- and Wren, an air genasi druid that used to be in charge of the Griffon Cavalry. They're the artificer's godparents, too! River gets his flat affect from his mom, but the goofy shit from dad.
