I'm really liking the animation cell effect from gaussian blurring the shading and the lineart for a bit of a smudged ink look

If anyone is wondering how I do the glow, it’s actually really easy

Copy/paste the fur (all layers excluding line work), merge them, and use a Gaussian blur

Then set that layer to SCREEN blending mode. Copy and paste THAT layer and set to add(glow) and lower the opacity

YEAH, so uh, something I learned for CSP; apparently, for selection tools, on that lil' bar that pops up... if there's an option you use a lot (like gaussian blur, for example) you can just... add it right in on the end and it'll bring up the filter when you click on it

Improve your with cathode-ray tube texture overlays. Place texture layer over original art with blend mode set to "overlay", 90% opacity. Scale up image to 2500+pixels. Strike the original art layer with 1.6 radius gaussian blur.

definitely! The pressure to not mess up representation is huge tho. My solution for the past 14 years is; *every* original character I've drawn is always trans*, whatever their presentation. If used CSP, draw a shadow then use Gaussian blur and finally use layer effect ( glow ) with colour of your choice~

1. Merge down semua layer yg sudah kamu gambar dan copy layernya.
2. Blur layer tsb pake gaussian blur & ubah modenya ke soft light. Opacity 50%

Filter > Blur > Gaussain Blur. I choose 50-60 ish levels of blur but you can slide it to your preference. You can compare the layers to see if you want the change with the preview option. I prefer it so I chose it.
