Neon Genesis Evangelion by Hideaki Anno is a masterpiece and I am happy I could try my hand at recreating some of its magic for this event.
The sets, the lighting, the framing, the camera movements, the score, the editing, it’s all constructed at such a high level that it’s impossible to deny Hideaki Anno his master status! He is a legend of anime but his lesser known live action stuff like this is just as impressive
