Imma be real, the heat seeking bubbles is definitely the worst part of this fight, I already wasn't a fan of Mizu's fight in general but Violet just came off as more annoying than hard. The theme transition is cool though, same for the spirit bomb.

After some time to let it sink in, I do quite like Violet Mizutsune. I've mostly gotten over my petty disapproval of its classification. I'm too enraptured by its beautiful design, even more beautiful weapons, and an enjoyable fight.

Can we all take a second to appreciate how each Mizutsune weapon has a different pattern depending on which Mizutsune it’s made from. Base Mizu has cherry blossoms, Soulseer Mizu has autumn leaves, and Violet Mizu has butterflies.
