On ne présente plus le shoryu. Outil essentiel du perso, principal killmove, oos, fait mal, fait votre café, remplit votre déclaration d'impôts, anti air dans une certaine mesure. Bref, si vous jouez Ryu, vous vous DEVEZ de maîtriser ce coup. C'est de loin le meilleur killmove
Le fair est un coup permettant de poke le shield à des distances plus raisonnables que le Nair. Le sweet spot permet de faire mal à l'adversaire, le sour spot envoie dans un angle très intéressant pour combo, et fait mal au shield. S'il est suivi d'un true shoryu, il shield break
Le light utilt permet de mettre la pression à un adversaire qui viendrait par le haut, et de catch les jumps au ledge. En plus de cela, il peut se combo avec un pjab, ou un shoryu, ce qui est un confirm. On pourra par contre lui reprocher une certaine faiblesse contre la sdi out
