"The Twelve Months" is a Slovak fairy tale, which was first mentioned by a Czech scholar, Mistr Klaret, canon of the St. Vitus Cathedral in Prague and a master of the University of Prague 14th century. Samuil Marshak adapted it and Vlamir Lebedev illustrated this edition in 1952
