I'm torn between making them all different colors (my original plan) or just going with black snakes. I think the black would contrast nicely with the overall light colors of the painting and would be less distracting...

What do you think? :)

Commission for a user on FA! Wanted some Seviper and Zangoose fun but not the usual anatomy for snakes. It was certainly fun to try such. Don't worry, the Seviper is likely having harmless fun, but better hold tight!

His skin texture is similar to a snakes.

Asides from western characters I wanted to give him more reptile-ish features and I based a few takes on (Jackson) chameleons and leaf snakes. And yes, everything SHOULD BE YELLOW but that didn't work, he would stand out so much (best color though 💛)
