Here’s the image I was studying. I really liked the limited color palette and how “simple” the style is. I think studying something like this will help me “go back to basics” and focus less on rendering an environment and more on shapes, colors, etc.

i did improve my art violently fast though. managed to focus on one specific thing when upset and with friends' help did a LOT of studying. focused on anatomy and colors, permanantly switched from SAI to CSP...
