Something a little different today! I've been trying my hand at drawing more animals and some different techniques, and these are all sketches I made with a theme of "animal duos", to spur some creative thinking and force myself out of my comfort zone a bit 🙂

I experiment for fun, constantly adding new techniques, eg cut paper, tiny ...But there are many I rule out for future use.

Some are based on medieval manuscripts.

The coloring process for this is definitely gonna be slow. I'm trying out some new techniques, and they're coming out great, but they're a bit time-consuming, hehe. Only got one head out of two people and maybe a background, but something's coming together.

To practice coloring faster, I wanted to draw AND color something as much as I can within 30 minutes!

Then I stop, and whatever I have done, I post! So I took 30 minutes and drew my Yokai OC Ran the Rokurokubi, using one of her fighting techniques, the Kubi Bullet! ^^
