There was an empty space on the studio wall & it needed something small & with the right colors QUICKLY (my brain is odd), so I speed painted this, which isn't really a story, but has the potential to be one. I'll probably do something with it on my phone later. Also, texture!!

I blob what feels right for surfaces and work from there.
Broken pieces are neat like that for creative freedom! A striking highlight against dark spots really packs a punch for lighting. Scratchy strokes for rough surface texture!

FINALLY decided to redo my grunt texture! And give him a plasma pistol,the retexture of the grunt being more halo infinite styled,and the pistol being from Reach.

Details! I’ve kinda embraced the idea of mixed media collage! A lot of the sketchy lines and overlayed lineart, as well as the ominous Light were some doodles and ideas I had for the composition and just decided to use for texture! I also stopped overblending all my shading!
