Nitpick: I don't get the artistic choice of designing the Legendaries' new forms to resemble Arceus

Like, Primal Groudon/Kyorge dont look like Rayquaza, its their own thing. Now if they went with the fusion route like BW & USUM then I would understand it a bit better
