Felt inspired this morning to draw Popeye, why I dunno but hes fun to draw. Popeye meets Sinbad is probably my fave cartoon in his series.

Yes, lady roidbeasts can get a little vein covered lumpiness going on if they really Popeye it up, but it goes against every instinct to draw a woman with her hands on her hips and leave that outer forearm with basically no detail.
