@targaryen_the I think about how a lot of the Hedge Knight illustrations are quite storybook-esque, and I can definitely see these styles applied to some of the other tales!

Personally, I've been really enjoying styles like these (Dominik Mayer, Eli Minaya, Anato Finnstark, and others) gritty, textured, with a ton of subtle details and mastery of color.
