In memory of the passing of my fish I started something on the weekend of immortalizing him. He was a spunky little flame of a Betta fish. So I wanted to honor his memory. Almost five years old, you were a wonderful little companion.

An immortal jellyfish... Painted entirely with acrylic inks.

I'm still in love with the background, which started with wet paper and me dropping, tilting and swirling blue pigments around.

Fingers and desk were covered in blue ink, but totally worth it!
