At least another ST-V game, Soukyugurrentai, has a US mode that translates the entire game to english. It even has a new title, Terra Diver.

Success was probably being lazy with Cotton 2's US mode. Either that or it was an afterthought with no real intention to release overseas.

I’m trying ratchet joints for the first time on his elbows, as they’re meant to hold up the bot in alt mode. I’ll work on with his lower jaw tonight.
