I tried doing some coloring experiment on Simeon...(basically to find his skintone on the computer screen which has a different saturation values than other screens) I'm not painting ever again that's for sure xdd

I used a bit of acrylics too, just to pull the saturation. I use acrylics when I feel that the colors are fading & need some vibrancy. It was really fun this & letting colors flow by themselves & forming textures they wouldn't form otherwise🎨

1. EASY COLOURED LINES
Duplicate your colours layer and clip it to your lineart layer. Boost the saturation and play with the luminosity. You can also blur it a little. Fix any little details. Boom, coloured lines without the hassle.

one thing i learned abt my style when painting skin is that its better if the color is within the red/pink range ! esp for the shadow bc if lowering the saturation if its a yellow shade it would look muddy skskdjdjd

I decided to edit the saturation on this and make the shadow more colourful rather than faded. Idk how this looks on a phone, but I hope it doesn't change too much.

The first clash between Oboro and Benawi has unfortunately been cropped, cutting off a lot of vertical detail.

As far as I can tell, no structural changes, just higher contrast, saturation, and some additional specularity.
