1. the outline sketch first
2. shadows and shade
3. flat colors and lighting
4. and finally detailing tattoos and background

6. My character creation process

I let ideas float around in my head until I can see a character, but before I make them a real thing, I try and think up a bio for them first. What makes them unique. Then I draw up a rough idea and try and think up a name for them
