-1- A lot of the renderings I do look muddy, (more noticeable in early works). I think it's due to my lack of understanding of how the planes work. more in the comments..

1. face: I struggled to make the face look cute but it still seems a bit off and I'm not sure how to fix it
2. how to make the character's posture look more energetic/lively?

@nimi450 The most 3D animation can do to be off model is to like change the proportions in weird ways to mimic 2D. Being off model isnt really a concern for 3D. As for mazinger Z Infinity i really liked the movie. The 3D animation was top notch, which is to be expected from mecha 3D
@PurpleMarz I'm almost positive that the black rings are earrings, and the other tengen-looking guy also had earring like jewelry. We definitely need more official art of him though lol

i overall like how this art turned out, but i still struggle with how deeply to render
here, if i stare too long, her clothes can begin to feel a little muddy like too much is going on, but if i dial it back it feels like i'm not doing enough with it ;-;
