I’ve been getting a lot of questions about my process. I was sent the helmet specifications, and I then drew 2D profile drawings of the helmet. This formed my template, and the brief was open. I drew everything from scratch, including the bespoke card designs and roulette table

Thanks for the suggestion but I mostly draw blank sketch because I dont have time for coloring. I dont think that coloring is a style though, to me coloring is a choice and a part of the process. I go to school and draw commissions all days so I will color it when I have time.

A sneak to my process.
I've managed to drag a 2D image and place/display it as a reference point, setting up the base pose from the profile view (in orthographic projection) before refining the rest afterwards.

No huge process post, but this was my 3rd(?) card back in 2013 and I knew I was doing something wrong with the sketch process. I went from a messy value+overlay colours to straight to colours. Never went back, feels so much more solid
