I don't consider myself an artist because I unsurprisingly have no patience for it and actively make things look bad by exclusively using MS Paint's crayon tool. But the community really likes my work anyway and that makes me happy and confused.

Honestly the biggest problem is figuring out how to handle learning to animation, storyboarding, coloring comics while having ADHD.

But the more I discipline myself the better it gets.

hi i'm still waiting for the day i can get an actual fucking diagnosis and hopefully one day be treated, but anyways. drawing is a hell i can't escape, lineart takes me hours, and i'm constantly starting new pieces that i end up abandoning. i hate it here

Diagnosed in first grade and still fighting through it unmedicated a couple decades later. I have trouble retaining information I have learned and seeing patterns. Every picture is a battle I've already fought before. Over and over.
