The Mechanical Walkers from Ganbare Goemon 3 act rather similar to the Ride Armor from the Mega Man X series. Both can walk, dash, and jump, but cannot climb. However, the Mechanical Walkers got upgrades that allowed them to use fire and liquid nitrogen.

At level 95: Anima Aeternus support skill upgrades. Amplifies damage dealt by all Earth allies against Water foes by 20%, and boosts healing specs based on number of earth Crests. The healing specs support skill still works from the back row.
