sometimes i look back on my old drawings and what throws me off so badly is that; while i have improved and i can recognize my improvements and growth, some drawings just stand out as way stronger than my level was at the time.

An experimental character atm. Testing out gradients finally figuring it out in my program. Definitely needs work on color and a less cluttered desgin but I’m enjoying how it’s going. If anyone has ideas on improvements I’d like to hear them

At the end of 2016/2017, I began doing color studies and taking pieces to final. I started doing more abstract stuff in my environments, and briefly came back to traditional art and saw vast improvements.
