Hanzo was not pleased to have a shadowy cowboy literally become his shadow, especially when said shadow can mess with his movements. But as they get to know each other, they slowly fall for one another and form a unique partnership.

Personal Diagnoses: Too much soft shadow, not enough sharp ones. Lineart not blended in.

Here is the original concept art Marcus did for Shadow, as well as many of the revisions of his sprite I did. The bottom sprite in the middle will be used in game. However, as you can see, many other attempts were done before we came to it, including Marcus OG Classic design.
