Only thing is figuring out where exactly "Mushroom" "Desert" and "Jungle" would've taken place. There are 2 options.

Angel Island.
Mystic Ruins.

Mushroom is undoubtedly Mushroom Hill Zone but that leaves Jungle and Desert, which could easily be AIZ and Sandopolis Zone.
