Adventures in Gouache 2, baby you're Beautiful

I didn't start up at a high enough resolution, and I don't think gouache is going to get me the blending I want, and I'm still a baby who uses multiply layers (is that a bad thing?)

HOWEVER

this is a but pls let me be overexcited about this. this is with and without blending mode. cover the entire drawing with a blue multiply layer over an orange overlay layer and you can drastically change the mood of a painting 😩✊
