Sometimes it feels like I'm not improving my art at all but comparing to a 2020 piece made me feel better ;w;

I still have a soft spot for my older work but it's just interesting to compare rendering, linework, etc!

Not too valid of a comparison (left image from 2018, I started drawing in 2013), but what used to take me 2 hours now takes 20 minutes— we all start somewhere. My understanding of form and movement is so much better, my lines more confident, and my composition less rigid/awkward.
