Sorry to anyone who likes this volume, but in my opinion, the ending of Citrus was a major misfire.
Thankfully, Citrus+ has been making up for it, but I still wish the original series could’ve ended better 😔

This might be a weird opinion, but I honestly wish that Scyther didn't evolve into Scizor. I would've preferred them being two separate species. I also feel the same way about Basarios and Gravios from Monster Hunter.

I just watched the first episode of from 1993.

The narrative went from 0-100 in the first minute, and stayed at 100 for the duration of the episode. It was wild. The visual effects were, in my opinion, pure retro tokusatsu.

I loved it.
