the heads on the menu all have a light source that's coming from the left side. apply these shadows to their extreme, you can disregard the rules of lighting a small bit if you want to make a part completely black. (the eyes never cast a shadow, they MUST ALWAYS be visible)

I’ve been scratching my head over the rendering of this for a while. I wasn’t sure what felt wrong, but after 2 days of rest, at last I see the light (or lack thereof ahaha)

Personal Diagnoses: Too much soft shadow, not enough sharp ones. Lineart not blended in.
