Even after losing a match/spar, sometimes you just got to really grind in that sense of defeat. No better way than with a firm crushing under a heel only for it to lift up, a squished fox to flake off, and then the heel to come down once more. Repeat as needed.

VOL. 5 is very bittersweet and dark (with an intro to characters like Mayuko and Kureno), it also, in a sense shows more mirror-opposite examples between Akito (closed-off, selfish) and Tohru (open, selfless).
