I don't know how, in the M/HA universe, small crimes like mugging and whatnot happen with so many heros running around in their day clothes.
I wanted to do my lines a bit thicker this time as a test, I kinda like the thickness.

Someone suggested a round Dragonite, and because I both haven't drawn one before and wanted to practice balloons, I figured I'd test translucency and whatnot.
