the black garnet in she-ra is much like the black eagles in fire emblem three houses in that both are not black at all, they are red. there is no apparent reason for either of them to be called black. and as far as i've seen nobody ever brings it up! why!!

When she hits 0HP, since she's a Shadow sorcerer she has an ability called "Strength of the Grave" in which she can stand up again with 1HP. Cause of it, her left eye turns pitch black. She needs a long rest for her eye to turn back to normal

Did a little riffing on the Calgary Flames logos from the early 2000's. Always loved that horse head logo of theirs, but wanted to take a shot at giving it a little more bite and attitude. Also wanted the challenge of emphasizing red over black.

how is one able to draw such a well proportioned, decently well shaded body and not know how to shade hair? the fact that you dont just black out the whole thing is sth u should know if ur that experienced. dude the hair has no dimension, its all shaded in black.
