In this sketch I tried to combine light, color, realism and symbolism in the painting. The effect seems very natural, like trying to paint with paintbrush and brush strokes.
Ladies, Gentlemen and all Folx of various shapes and sizes, allow me to present to you a dumbass of epic proportions.
What did he do this time, you ask?
He only decided to get heatstroke for the weekend by wearing a waistcoat on a hot day.
And he did it all for the okussy… 💖
It’s kinda wild to me that I think it’s been almost a decade since taskmaster actually taught anyone in the comics, it used to be the entire gimmick of the character. Now he’s mainly the all purpose mercenary for marvel like deathstroke is for DC.

Photo 1&2: Actual Monet paintings. Photos 3&4 are #dalle2 Monet has more nuanced brush strokes & delicate color gradation, so I would know DALL-E 2 were fake, but pretty good. Also the lily pad placement is diff, but DALL-E 2 hasn’t been to Giverny. 😆

in this study, I really tried to be aware of my brushstrokes, edges and texture
@nishacolomar I started using a very thin lineart and I see it's helping with the more "realistic" look :D ❤️
Up close you can actually see some of the brush strokes as my painting style has rough shapes I slowly refine with blending:
