Since you kinda know his lore part uhh lets go with his social skills:

It perhaps isn't so friendly with most exes due to their Sonic shape. Specifically Lord X, but despite that he can get along with others such as yours(Aka Curse) since he can understand emotions (1/?)

I mean there not much, but...
-Scar.EXE can't kill/fight.
-He hears voices everyday mentally. (unpleasant ones)
-Sees himself as a disappointment among other Exes.
-Has a beast form.(can fight/kill)
-Sensitive when his scars are brought up.
-Is chill, or internally afraid.
