I think the artist did too good of a job with the colors, even when I try to mess with them I kept getting results that still looked surprisingly decent so I had to mix a bunch of different methods together

If you look closely, the character models were made to look like animation cels.
Should be best to give credit to as I adopted her methods to make the character "cels" and some future posts as well.
