Shinobi, in MAME, is a lot better than the C64 port. 😁 Faster, prettier, more enemies on screen. A good illustration at what the gap was between arcade games and home computers at the time. 🤔 The level layouts were very well translated. Often large bits are cut out in a port.

for that preteen vs present thing: in middle school i thought straight hair was prettier so i cut my hair and straightened it (its extremely thick so that took AGES and looked really bad). im curly haired and powerful now

I got some prints done for the upcoming student show :’) this is the first time I’ve ever gotten real nice ones of my own work. I’m very happy with them. (They look much prettier irl and not with the terrible lighting in my house).
