On the topic of comic accurate designs I dont think The Homelander suit from 'The Boys' gets talked about enough. Its almost 1:1. Man this is such a fucking great-looking, well made suit. Huge props to the costume department

like the sugimori piece, i wanted to give props to tim burton's old solo watercolor stuff! a lot of that populated his LACMA exhibit, which really resonated with me as a kid; it made me appreciate him more as an individual artist for sure
i’ll give DC props cause if you’re going to do a money grab the least you could do for the fans is get Dan Mora to draw it

I made character sheets with a complete history of iterations and ideas, including info about collisions, palettes, props, etc. There was quite a lot of technical stuff to learn in the process so I was tired but happy 🙂 #indiegame
