Helene once did have eyeshadow, but when I started drawing the comic, I kept her eyes attached to the crown so the detail was dropped.
While I love purple, especially modern Gengar's usual shades, I have to admit that I feel like the point of the design is kinda lost when you make it so light. I mean it's supposed to be a shadow, and originally it was just that, a dark shadowy figure with purple highlights.

After a year of not playing our D&D campaign we FINALLY continued playing this weekend! And I finally got to play as my new character, Ez!
Ez is a Shadow Demon from the Plane of Shadow, a lvl 5 Shadowcaster.
The harmonica he’s holding is a gift from one of his newly made friends~
then came baroque art (1600-mid 17th century)
baroque is VERY dramatic and they really loved using intense light and shadow, it also used lots of rich colors!
(that first painting is called las meninas and there is SO much going on in it)
