So of course, I got to Draw Elsa in a storm, it was inevitable.

The US National Hurricane Center just said Elsa is still a strong Tropical Storm Elsa which has been straying from predicted path & has been moving closer to Jamaica in the last couple hours. She has a mind of her own & she is now predicted to pass closer to Jamaica than before.
