@GnosiaSetsu DeSmuME is a pretty good emulator, you can upscale and add filters to the game so it looks better!
id recommend to add either the 2xSaI filter or the 2xBRZ by going in View > Magnification Filter :D

@Trogort Hear me out, there's an app called Picsart that has lots of really WACKY free filters on it. Its not really an art making software, but you really should check it out. Could really balance out the colors of whatever you're trying to make. Here's my dog as proof of concept.
